MathDrop – a daily number puzzle

See the number. Make it. Watch it drop. MathDrop is a free mental-arithmetic game you play in the browser: each round shows a target, and you swipe or tap neighbouring digits on a 4×4 grid that add up to it. Solved tiles explode and new digits drop in.

How to play

Join neighbouring tiles in any direction, including diagonals. The boxes show how many tiles the answer needs. A miss tells you how far off you were, like "3 over" or "2 under"; after three misses a solution is shown. Stuck? A hint lights one tile, or skip to the next target.

The daily puzzle

Ten addition targets, the same for everyone, new every day at midnight UTC. Share your result as a spoiler-free grid of green, yellow and white squares, keep a streak, and check your stats.

Play and Blitz

Unlimited rounds with personal bests. Choose Pairs, Triples, Quads or Mix; add, subtract, multiply or divide; Snake paths or straight Lines. Blitz gives you 90 seconds and every miss costs three of them. No download or sign-up needed, and nothing leaves your device.
